Each Report is a digital product (PDF) delivered immediately after payment — via a secure download link and, where applicable, by email. No physical goods are shipped.
A Report is licensed to the single named purchaser for internal business use. It is proprietary and confidential to CAF Corporation. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share it, in whole or in part, without CAF Corporation’s prior written consent.
Because the Reports are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the Report has been delivered (made available for download or sent). By completing the purchase you acknowledge and accept this.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply to digital content, by purchasing and consenting to immediate delivery you give your prior express consent to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started, in accordance with applicable EU/EEA consumer law.
The Reports are AACE Class 5 screening-level cost benchmarks normalized with the CAF Cost Index and CAF Location Factor, provided for information and decision-support only. They are estimates, not guarantees of cost, and do not constitute investment, financial or professional advice. Figures should be validated against project-specific data before any commitment.
If a download fails or you did not receive your Report, contact us and we will re-issue access. Genuine technical delivery issues are resolved by re-delivery, not refund.
